Ready-to-Use Lyophilisates are delivered in PCR reaction tube strips and as 96-well plates preloaded with a complete master mix in a dry, room temperature stable format. There is no need for freezing, thawing or pipetting on ice. Simply fill up the vials with template DNA, primer and PCR-grade water and run the PCR in any thermocycler.
Upon request we prepare lyophilisates comprising primers, polymerase, dNTPs and reaction buffer. All you still have to do is adding template DNA, filling up with water and starting the cycler!

qPCR GreenMaster Lyophilisate is designed for quantitative real-time analysis of DNA samples using the fluorescent DNA stain EvaGreen. The fluorescent dye intercalates into the amplification product during the PCR process and enables the rapid analysis of target DNA without the need of sequence-specific labeled probes.

Red Load Taq Master Lyophilisate

Red Load Taq Master Lyophilisate contains additionally an inherent red dye allowing the direct loading of the PCR reaction product onto the gel.
To perform PCR, fill up the vials with a premix of primers and PCR-grade water and add DNA template. If necessary, centrifuge to remove bubbles, vortex the vials to assure homogeneity and start cycling.

RT Master Lyophilisate

RT Master Lyophilisate contains a genetically engineered version of M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase (M-MLV RT) with eliminated RNase H activity and increased thermal stability. The enzyme is a RNA-directed DNA polymerase that synthesizes a complementary DNA strand initiating from a primer using single-stranded RNA or DNA as template.
Each vial contains all components (except primers and template) required for a 20 μl reverse transcription assay. To perform the assay, only fill up the vials with a mix of primers and RNA template.
