Despite an increasing number of functional tests HPLC analysis of dNTP solutions remains a key parameter for assessing their quality. Many producers of dNTPs claim purities above 99% however, under scrutiny only a very few fulfill this promise. LAROVA has established an HPLC set up involving state of the art technology such as diode array detectors, specialized HPLC columns and buffer/gradient protocols that allow superior resolution and sensitive and reproducible differentiation of the good from the bad. This has led to several improvements in our production processes and allows us to guarantee true HPLC purity of >99% for all bulk material.
